Sumi-e Ink Painting: Special Techniques with Yumiko Kigoshi - Ink painting is one of the well- known traditional arts in Asia to express everything using just ink (mainly black ink), paper and water. In this workshop you will learn the different ways in which ink interacts with water, how to use special masking liquids with inks to paint flowers and how to use masking liquids to produce different atmospheric effects such as snow in a blizzard.
