Charcoal and Graphite Drawing

Charcoal and Graphite Drawing with Lizzie Connor - Charcoal and Graphite are lively, free, flexible and dirty! Participants will be getting involved in creating some strong and dynamic tonal images and will be exploring the properties of these two mediums, both individually and then combined. One part of this workshop will involve creating our own textured surfaces to work on creating some delightful and surprising results. Texture medium and erasers will form part of our toolkit in this workshop, to be used in the layering processes of our drawings. Some soft pastel will be added here and there to provide some nice colour energy to our images.
